Located in the foothills of the beautiful Adirondacks, our rustic, wooded campground is adjacent to our own “Herkimer Diamond” mines.  With only 30 sites, plus 5 camping cabins, we cater mainly to tenters and small RVs, but you’ll find that several of the RV sites are large enough for a 35-footer.  Many of the primitive sites are along beautiful Timmerman Creek.  You’ll get a good night’s sleep listening to the water play over the rocks.  Nature abounds here, with each camping season bringing an abundance of wildflowers and varieties of bird life.

The campground is conveniently located at the junction of 3 very different parts of New York — explore the history of the Central Leatherstocking area,  the wild beauty of the Adirondack region, and the cultural attractions of the Capital-Saratoga district, all within an hour’s drive of your campsite.  See our Area Attractions page for more information.
